PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Visa/MasterCard, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal/Business Check (Please note: all checks must have pre-printed account information - no temporary checks accepted). Please make all checks & money orders payable to KidsDesignz. No COD's.
SHIPPING INFO:
United States - Via UPS ground or UPS Priority Overnight Airsaver unless otherwise requested in advance. All other locations please e-mail sales@kidsdesignz.com for ordering & shipping information. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business day unless otherwise specified. You will be notified by e-mail if your purchase will not be shipped to you within 3 business days if any delays occur. Please note: Monogramming may add an additional 10 business days to shipping process. We will do our best to process rush orders for monogramming services so the item may ship within 2 business days.
RETURN POLICY:
We take pride in our reputation for top quality products and excellent value. If for any reason you do not want the items you ordered from KidsDesignz, you have 30 days from the date of transaction to return them for a full refund, less shipping and handling with the exception of personalized items. Personalized items cannot be resold as-is will be subject to a partial refund to be determined at the time of the return. Tags must be attached and products must be in original condition in order for this agreement to be honored. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If any items are damaged or the wrong fabric pattern is sent, we will pay for the return shipping and send the correct item or if that fabric pattern is no longer available, we will refund your money. All items have been inspected prior to shipment.

We value and respect your privacy. Any information provided is used exclusively by KidsDesignz for marketing and statistical purposes and will not be shared with any other company or organization. If you place an order, we collect your billing address, credit card information, and telephone number. This information will only be used to process orders, and if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your orders. We do not share any of our customer information with other companies or organizations.
